Lost levels when synced to Facebook

I was in the 1600’s and I fell down to 400’s when I synced candy crush saga to FB. I deleted access from FB but still can’t get my levels back. Please restore my levels. Txs. 

Ps- why isn’t there a straight answer on here how to easily restore your levels?
