Hello Glenn,
Our Game Studios are constantly working on improving our games by introducing new features, gameplay or concepts.
They closely monitor a game's difficulty and listen to player feedback about certain levels or features, and at times may decide to tweak certain aspects to enhance the player experience.
This can sometimes mean that the in-game content can change from an hour to another and the amount of moves or candies might change.
I can assure you that all levels can be passed without purchasing a single item though. It may seem very difficult at times but with a little perseverance and a little luck I am sure you will get there ;-)

Mia dear perhaps the game studios would be kind enough to place how they do it on youtube to show those of us who get shortchanged on moves. Even those who post with more moves just squeak by . I still don't understand the reasoning behind reducing moves. Either there are too many people working there with not enough to keep them busy or they are just mean-spirited. We all know money to buy boosters is not a reason.....
