    There was no answer because I didn't get the notice with your number.  I just got your last message now. 

    This morning I was notified that the King Admin is no longer handling the lost progress here on King Care.  Please read this link:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep and when you scroll down towards the bottom last section there is a link "here" so please click on that and it will take you to a page where you will be able to hear directly from them because you will be adding in your email address.  Make sure that you put your user ID # in there so that they can fix it much quicker.

    I answered above yesterday and why are you creating more than one question with this issue?  We cannot bring your progress back anymore here on King Care.  You have to go here:  https://care.king.com/contact  and type in the information above and you will get an email back to help you resolve this.
