I want to restart my game progress.

Hi there, sorry about the delay in responding.  The only way that you can start all over again with level 1 is to play at King.com and start a new account or if you were playing through Facebook log out and just play the game.  But please keep in mind if you don't play through Facebook or the Kingdom then whatever new progress you make won't be saved.  Without using either one if a glitch develops or an update causes a glitch in the game then your new progress will be done.

You keep saying this, Elsa, but it's not true.  King has said in emails that they will reset them, if we just confirm we REALLY want to.  The problem is that for some reason our responses aren't getting back to them.
