No matter how often I clear all the jelly (and I have done this with 9 moves remaining) the cherry never appears. Is this a bug and how do I get past it?

Hi Susan, you are the first player reporting this level so I'm not sure whether it's a glitch yet. I will keep my eye open in the community to see if anyone else reports it tonight or tomorrow. thanks for the link however if you scroll down the comments you’ll see that it’s happening to other users too.
I promise you I have cleared the jelly sooooo many times and the cherry NEVER appears.

The same is happening with me! I clear all the jelly and no fruit comes out the entire game. Also i have 14 moves.with me only 14 trains are possible. how should I do that in 4 moves

Same here. It only allows 14 moves. All the online tutorials I found said there are 24 moves in this level, and the ingredient doesn't appear until there is less than 10 moves. I've tried using a 3 extra extra moves boosters but still can't get the cherry to appear
