Question

Why is my Windows version of Candy Crush Saga intermittently freezing, then closing. This is most annoying, especially when you are in the middle of a game and have used boosters or expended money using gold bars for extra moves.

Hi Peter, is this happening to you when playing the game through their website?  What browser are you using?  Can you try it with another browser?  Please give me more information so that I can direct you further.

When is someone going to fix this. Doing it again tonight, meaning I am continually losing lives and boosters !!

I played a game tonight to see in Level 3714 is fixed - IT ISN'T !!! - and I am sure I play directly from the App in my Windows App menu. Today the game again seized with 1 move to go, then about 10 seconds later shut down.

I am playing it through the downloaded Candy Crush App on a PC. I am using Firefox browser. I will try another browser tomorrow. My playing is dependent upon Level 3714 being fixed. Although I might play the candy track to see what happens.
