Moves missing from ALL levels

I recently started playing Candy Crush again after a few years. I picked up at 435. There were missing moves. I have somehow made it to level 450 WASTING boosters. Every level between has had missing moves. And seeing hundreds of other people having this issue on levels all over the map shows it’s not just a few levels, it’s most of them. Is anything being done about this? Incredibly frustrating that there has been no fix offered and I see some complaints going back up to two months ago.

Hi Liz, I have been gathering all messages that I see posted here regarding the number of moves changed for whatever level. Every Monday morning I am giving this list to a King Admin and she is forwarding them to the studio. Three levels were already changed this week.

Like again now... I’m on level 453 and being offered 26 moves instead of the regular 40

But this is way more than just one level. Like I said I have encountered this issue on EVERY level since I have started playing again. Great, 3 levels of 5000 are fixed. The whole game needs to be fixed!

New gift card pop up is freezing and crushing multiple games
Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
I won the Pins event and got none of the prizes
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!

Linking my progress to King account
How do I know if my account is linked to King account? I started playing linking it to FB but I am having FB issues and they might close my account. Will I lose my progress thru FB? Is my progress being saved in my King account? How can I find out if it is?
11297 OOPS
On level 11297 I have gotten at least 10 in a row OOPS! then a message saying not enough order targets available. How can you play this level?
