Approximately 30 minutes ago the fun events challenge ending at 10:00 a.m. EST showed that I was in the #1 spot. I made sure to be active playing the game before the time was up. The challenge just disappeared, nothing happened. This is disappointing, why does this happen?

Hi DonnaV, when the challenge ends it will disappear from your game. But if you are one of the top winners when you open the game a reward box should pop up telling you to claim the rewards. Also with these challenges, you need to be on top of it until the exact moment that it ends because some players will stay up all night and keep playing it to make sure that they become the top winner.

That was my point Elsa, I did stay on top of it. When I first played around 9:00 a.m. this morning I was #1. I continued to check back anticipating the end, all along appearing in the #1 position. When I checked about 9:50 the game was gone and no reward box appeared.
