I won 1st place on Pudding Planet but did not receive my prize.
Options
Won 3 hours free colour bomb + stiped + other items. Did not hit the claim button as it was late at night so I safely and carefully exited the game. 1st place win was still showing the next morning inviting me to claim my win. I did, but received nothing. These time limit prizes should not run out if the claim button is not used.

What I believe happens is that when it pops up to claim the reward you need to collect it immediately, and as you found out when you went back to it another time you couldn't get them. You best bet would be to claim it immediately and the only thing that won't be available to use at a later time is the free hours because the clock starts ticking immediately and doesn't shut off when you walk away or close the game. Also the infinity free hours of lives has been reported as a glitch so you might as well accept the rewards and keep the boosters so that you can use those for future levels.

As I expected. Just a pity King Care doesn't have a rule book for people to study before they begin this game. So why doesn't it or when this game involves money for those who want to purchase.
