Hi Catherine, someone posted this fix here on King Care. Give it a try because it has already worked for a couple of players.
"Click on the lock pic and allow cookies. Click on the cookies and there were 2 tabs - allowed and blocked - click on blocked and king.com was listed under blocked - remove from list."
