Missing Transfer Tunnels on Level 2367

Forum answers say that this problem was solved a year ago, but my version was updates on 9/15/18 and the problem persists. The cherry cannot drop from the upper left corner because the transfer tunnel is missing. Is there a way to fix the problem? A way to skip the level and just continue on? There is no way to complete the level without the transfer tunnels.

Cezdiamond, I just installed the September 18 update. I think 1.134.1. It is not fixed and I still have no transfer tunnels. There has to be a way to just skip the level and move on with the game. Frustrated, because my direct contact form to "the team" just sent me to the forum -- where there are no answers.
