Selecting the Wheel and it manifests with the stop button already depressed.
(Not that I mind, been spinning for years and will never hit the jackpot due to weighting of the wheel.)
To upload a video, look at the 3 icons above where you would write your answer. The third icon is for videos but when you put your mouse over it they tell you to insert Youtube or Vimeo videos. So you would either have to do the video and upload it to Youtube and then put the link in the icon. Can you just do a print screen showing the button depressed and it doesn't stop? Unable to purchase
