Hello,
Just now I was playing a Candy Crush level and made a purchase of the starter pack when prompted when I failed the level. It was $5.99 and it said payment successful. The next screen then said payment failed, you have not been charged any money. I tried it again and had the same issue. I then got two emails saying BOTH $5.99 charges have been charged to my PayPal account! I had to quit the level and couldn't continue to try to beat it as my items purchased never showed up, and now I'm out TWO charges of $5.99 each! Please help me, I would like one or both of these refunded since neither worked while I was playing, and I definitely didn't want two!!!!!
I paid for 250 gold bars and never received them. I got an error upon payment, but when I went to my bank account I noticed that the purchase went thru. I want my money back or my credit ASAP. I contacted Facebook and all they will do is acknowledge that the payment was successful. Same thing happened to me.
