Windows 10 app will not connect to FB

I have looked at all the other threads, tried all the suggestions and the Windows 10 app will NOT connect to FB. It keeps saying connecting to Facebook Cancelled. What is up with this? I have other options to play, but that is so not the point.

Hi Janesca, it's a known glitch and the studio is already on top of it. We are now waiting for a resolution. Can you try to log in with the Kingdom instead?

So not the point. As I said, I have other options to play, either through FB or the app on my iPad. Having just gotten a new computer with Windows 10, I thought it would be a nice option to have an app there to play through as well. Apparently not any time soon.
