Locked Boosters Level 4597????

I just won several TIMED Boosters but when I go to play there are padlocks where my boosters should be and it says "this level will not effect your winning streak". Maybe not but it's eating into my Timed Boosters. Isn't the game difficult enought without yet another deterrent?

Just PAID to complete Level 4597 and the NEXT Level has locked my boosters. So what now..boosters will be locked until the clock runs out on them?
