Screen goes black after showing ad, and does not continue with the game. This has been happening for the past 2 days

The same here, everytime after watching add the screen turns black. Since 2 days
Same issue thought it was my android tablet tried on my phone worked fine for 1st ad then started screen of death on next ad, get it sorted or people will leave i am on level 11443 but will go back to my older games and delete candy crush and all king games think there will be a lot of people thinking same as mehave tried deleting app and reinstalling and switching phone and tablet on and off still same
Every time I watch an ad to earn boosters to continue playing my screen goes black I cannot continue. Anytime I watch an ad my screen turns black and will not continue with the game. Why is this?
After watching certain ads screen goes black and game freezes. Samsung a52s. Latest game version. Lose all streaks. Very annoying

Happens with all ads have cleared cache deleted app and reinstalled turned tablet on and off seems waste of time playing it now
After watching an advert Candy Crush black screens & I have to reload. Cannot get any in game boosters now. Also if you hide an add it cancels the booster. Running on Android on S23.
Only started this bad today.
I'm having the same issue, an advert starts to play, the screen goes blank and I have to quit the game to resume play. I've lost game progress and extra moves. Currently in level 14842

This has been happening quite a lot in the past few days. Maybe this is ad specific. After an ad is played, if I click on the X icon in the right-top corner to close the ad, more than 50% of the time, I'm getting a black screen and there is no way to get out of it. I had to kill the app. If this is ad specific, please remove these defective ads! Thanks!
This started happening after a new feature was added in the Bonus. I cluck on "Free Moves", watch the ad, and once the ad completes, the screen goes black. I think someone messed up iwhen they added this new feature. Remove the feature until it is thoroughly tested.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Ads! Is it a specific Ad or all the Ads you receive goes black? Is it after the Ad finishes or the Ad itself starts with Black screen?
I would suggest you to send complaint to the King Player Support team, so that they can check what's going on in your game! You can send the complaint directly from your game.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
