I was given 4 hours of free play but because I couldn’t use at the time I’ve lost it I think is very unfair why does it hapoen

I got the 4hrs at about 8.00pm so I played for about 1 hour finished an episode race than I had to get ready for bed as I work early in the mornings. But the 1 hour of free lives was useful the other 3 hours I did not worry about.😀
I always find that the best approach to Candy Crush is to only open the game when I know I am ready to play.
In the case of the four hour unlimited lives well that is always going to be 'wasted' as hopefully no one is playing for four hours non-stop.
Unlimited lives are a great way of playing fast as they allow you to quit levels without worrying about the number of lives you have left
Sadly @PummyRaj in the cases when the event is an unexpected pop-up that gives us free timed boosters or free lives, in my experience once the pop-up appears that already already triggers the time to run down. I did try your suggestion once and close the app without pressing the claim button, as soon as I saw the pop-up because it was a bad time for me to play. And the timer had run out when I got back to it a short while later. It's a really mean trick by King to force us into playing when we log in to the game. Not very helpful for anyone who has a job or something important to do in the mornings.

Sorry to know that you could not use the unlimited lives/boosters reward! In King Saga games, the rewards will be added to our games as soon as we click on "collect", and the same pertains to unlimited lives and/or boosters too.
I would suggest you not to collect your rewards if you do not have time to play! But, please do not wait for long either as they might expire and you might not receive any rewards at all!!
