I don't agree that it should only be played with boosters. There is so little gold at level 5,000 and you spent 15,000. Afterwards, the levels will be harder and you will need to have more power-ups and gold. How will you handle it? For advanced players, it is impossible to pass the level without gold. If you play constantly, of course. Don't ask how I know😀

@karasuno I do know how to do it without spending gold on boosters, but my Sunflower game is a test game to see how to play if all you get is what the game gives you for free. I do agree that above level 10,000 Candy Crush becomes a pay to play game. I am sure that when I continue my test this is what I will find.

This is good gold hoarding. Congratulations first of all. My sister has a similar situation. It keeps telling me to delete the game and play again to save money. But I know if I delete it, I won't play it again. After the 10,000 level, things get really nasty. I'm currently ahead of level 11,000 and see almost +125 moves at every level. gold sart . It's really hard if you haven't saved. I'm really bored and I think I'll quit.

I am sad to hear you are about to quit but if you are out of gold and boosters at those levels it really only gets worse from there on. I think playing a game when it is no longer fun is not worth the time wasted. Don't spend money on it and if you don't enjoy it any more it's time to quit. Are you playing on mobile or computer?

thanks. I'm playing on mobile. There is no gold or lives left, I can't win any events anymore, I'm currently at level 11299 and I will lose my victory streak. I can't buy it is too expensive. I am pursuing other pursuits. I agree it's a waste of time. It's not enjoyable anymore.
