Example
you have a stripped candy you deploy the bomb of the same color it always has and should deploy the stripped candy as well
and now it often will not resulting in at times loosing. Round
that is not fair or right

Hi and welcome! Only if you combine the color bomb with a striped candy, will that color bomb create/ change all candies of that same color to striped candies. Even a wrap candy in the same color will be changed instead to a strip of the same color.
When you combine a color bomb with a candy - whatever that candy is will be duplicated with all the other candies of the same color; so if you combine a color bomb with a regular green candy, it will remove all green candies on the board but they will all be changed to regular candies. So if there was a green fish on the board, it would be changed to a regular green candy and removed.
The other games don’t change what the candies are, for example in Friends, if you match a color bomb with a stripe, it will only change all regular candies of the same color to a stripe.

To answer your question... Yes! The Color bomb should explode all of the candies that are in same color - that are already on the board! In my experience, if a special candy (-- Striped candy or wrapped candy) is created while the explosion is going on, I don't think it will be affected though🤔
