Hello,
I hope someone can help me. I reinstalled Candy crush yesterday on a new tablet. Now it no longer synchronises on my smartphone. No connection to the store and when I try to log in with my account (even though I already am), I get an error message saying I have no internet connection.
WLAN works though, I have internet. I have already switched off and restarted the smartphone. The latest version of Candy crush is also installed. Unfortunately, none of this helps.
This is the second time I've had this problem and it's really annoying. Last time I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, which means that all the boosters are gone....
It's just annoying instead of being fun to play this game.
Without an account (via Facebook or email) you will lose your progress when reinstalling. With an account you "only" lose the boosters. Levels and gold bars remain as they are saved in the account and can be retrieved after reinstallation. Does that answer your question?
