I'm on level 14926 and there has been a fault for over a week. If you watch adverts to gain extra moves it crashes and you have to restart the game. Very frustrating when you only need an extra couple of moves!!
I agree that level 14926 is another frustrating level. Just another level that King wants us to buy boosters or extra moves. Even all the videos show that boosters are needed. Interesting that King always gives the same set answer for whatever we write. It would be nice if King was honest with us.

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue in your game! Few players are experiencing issues with the Ads and it is being investigated. But, we do not know the ETA of the fix yet!!
Unfortunately, you will have to wait till the issue is fixed to use the Ads again๐
But, I would recommend you to contact the King Player Support team and send them a complaint. You can do that directly from your game. Please let me know if you need help with it.
