A game crash should be detected to avoid the player to be frustrated by loosing due to crash
Hello, when you finish a level in the game, you cannot move on to the next level. This problem exists on computers and phones. When will you fix this? I am at level 15516 and I cannot progress.

There are quite a few reasons that would cause a game to crash and a detector might work for some of them, but it would have to work by preventing you from opening the game in those circumstances.
Some crashes are caused by issues out of King's control, so these couldn't be detected.
