Welcome to the Candy Crush Saga Community
Do you have a question or need help with your game? Ask the Community.
I am suggesting it the other way. Let the ones who have received help post the helper and how they were helped recently.
Personally @lelensp I don't think that would work.
Let's say that I help 21. What your suggestion would lead to is 21 new members posting to say that I have helped them. Obviously there will also be other new members helped by people other than me. So those new members will also be posting who they have been helped by. Who will collate all those responses. It will be much easier for QueenB to read a small number of posts from the people doing the helping than it would be to collate the names of the helping hands from a large number of sigular posts.
@Carol-38 Valid points for sure...I agree, I know how overwhelming the community was when I first joined and navigating through threads, outdated mostly was difficult. I'm definitely not rebelchild or a car salesman... LOL but I thoroughly enjoy assisting others when I can. Happy crushing!!π¬πβ¨πβ¨π
@QueenB There are again several newbies today complaining that their Candy Royale changed from the 1500 gold version to 500 gold version or worse, just disappeared. I have read at least 4 posts about this today, all from players who turn to the community for the first time with this issue. But none of us can help these people, no matter how sweet we are how can we help them get the share of gold that they were promised? Please can King look into this! It happens every week there is a special Candy Royale version.
Perhaps this can be re implemented. All newbies when joining could be referred to this thread area. Members of the community could check in to see if they are able to give assistance Without rewards. Or perhaps members could sign up to be Goodwill Ambassadors. Their names could be listed in the thread and newbies could tag them for help.
@_Elsa_ @rebelchild personally I wouldn't want to see anything like the Beginners Corner return.
In my opinion this forum is already too complicated for most casual users and a further level of complication wouldn't help new members.
We already have this Discussion board, the King Community discussion board and the off topic discussion board I think that is too many for most new members to get their heads around. I have lost count of the times I have replied to posts that have somehow been made on King Community which no one can generally see. Also I have seen many new members post questions on the wall of other people. That is a sign that this site needs less complication and not more.
New members aren't likely to tag anyone for help as at the time of posting they probably won't understand what tagging is.
Once a new member has posted something it is too late to direct them to a new member thread I would think.
Hmmm...well maybe there is no perfect solution.
I just know with my own personal experience when I asked a question and was told to follow a link and read the instructions, that it made me even more confused. When I randomly choose a lost and confused new community entry to help, i show them how to navigate the way I learn best. With step by step picture instructions. I sort of adopt them and continue to guide them until they are ready to continue solo. And throughout this process I really get to know these new members and create lasting friendships
Hello π
If this is something that you have already been doing in Candy Crush Saga community, then perfect and time to get rewarded for it βΊοΈ All you have to do is provide the names of the newbies you have helped from 15th of March until 15th of April and earn Gold Bars.
You can post the names here in this discussion thread and tag me π
