Blooming blast won’t open

When I click on blooming blast on my iPhone 8 it shows the orange screen but won’t open wait a second and then goes back to the main screen

When I click on the app the orange screen comes up with king in the middle but that’s as far as it goes then it goes away. Then if I hit the round button on my iPhone like I’m going to close out of things it’s there but when I touch it it goes back to the orange screen with king in the middle sets for maybe five seconds and then closes . Also last night I took it off of my iPhone went back to the App Store reinstalled it. And it worked for maybe an hour and then I went back to it and it’s doing the same thing again Thank0

By any chance are you playing the game through Facebook because there is a connection glitch with Facebook? Try some of this troubleshooting to see if it clears anything up:https://community.king.com/en/blog/discussion/246638/is-your-game-crashing-on-an-ios-deviceTry your best not to uninstall the game app because you have any boosters or lives you will lose them since they are only saved to that device. Only uninstall as a last resort. If you finish the troubleshooting and you do play through Facebook then I would like you to uninstall the Facebook app and reinstall it. Also have you ever thought of playing the game through the KIngdom? That is the only way that I play the games because Facebook has too many glitches.
