I wanted to post in support, but there is no option there to start a new topic..
Since a few weeks, the connection to Facebook from the Candy Crush Saga game on Windows 10 Mobile is lost. Only a popup appears: "connecting to Facebook cancelled".
I have tried several steps:
-Logging out on Facebook website and app
-Starting the game from Facebook.com on my laptop and tablet and sending lives from there.
-Tried several WiFi networks and cellular data.
-Restarted phone
I'm reluctant to reinstall the app, a friend of mine had to start from level 1 after doing that. And I'm on level 1215..
What can I do to get this resolved?
