    Hi Elsa... Can you tell me how to play via Kingdom? I've followed other instructions but when I go back to the game I can still only log in with Facebook.... which doesn't work 🙄. Thanks J

    Hi @jayney71, you can only play through the Kingdom on Windows 10 or a mobile device or through king.com.   Where are you playing the game?

    I'm on a mobile running Windows 10, but I can't play via Kingdom.

    Please can someone help me play CC via the Kingdom? I've done everything as per the instructions but when I click on Return to game I still get the  same options.. Either Play( which takes me back to level 1) or connect with Facebook (which doesn't work) 🙄 So how do I play via the Kingdom?

    Hi @jayney71, I'm going to play the guessing game here with you because I don't know anything about your phone.  But let's try some troubleshooting first ok?  Here is one that I found for you:  https://www.windowslatest.com/2017/08/07/fix-lumia-950-random-reboots/

    Now when you open the game, are you able to see the Kingdom icon on the bottom right?

    I see it bottom left and have clicked on it and registered etc.....
