Hello @Hanaisabel75 unfortunately you can't get adverts by asking for them. King deliver advert features, and every other feature, to players randomly. This means that you either have a feature or you do not. If you have seen, or read about a feature you would like to see in your game all you can do is wait and hope that King deliver that feature to your game. Unfortunately some people never receive a particular feature.
If you have had adverts in your game and have now lost them this is normal as well. The random nature of King's feature delivery means that you can have a feature removed from your game even if you have had that feature for a long time. Sometimes a removed feature will return, but sometimes it will not. I once lost my adverts for seven months before they came back to my game.
