hi I had to transfer my game data (candy crush) from an ios device to a samsung device.
so to keep the data I logged in using facebook and the game was reset and losing all data !!
how can I do?

    If you had game launcher on your IOS device that may be another way to recover your account.. Tou might also try logging into Facebook via the internet and on your app you download from the app store.. If you still have your old device I would recommend you double check and recommend you connect it to game launcher

     Thanks but I lost my game profile on my old device because I was at level 620 and when I entered my facebook profile on the old device the game started from scratch
