Can I delete the app and reinstall it and not lose progress? King account says I’m logged in.

Hi @jill3578, if you are playing on a mobile device and you uninstall the game you are going to lose all your lives and boosters. If you are playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom then your progress is saved on the server so deleting the app and reinstalling shouldn't make you lose any progress.

I am playing on an iPad and on a king account. So, I won’t lose any levels if I delete and reinstall app? This issue has been going on for a week. Thanks for your help.

No you should not lose your progress if you are playing through the Kingdom but you will lose your lives and boosters.

Someone I know was on level 700 and something and her phone deleted it over night. All of her games are gone and it took her years to get there. why does this happen on phones?

Not true...just uninstalled and reinstalled reconnected to Facebook....STILL don’t have unlimited lives I lost ALL my boosters and ALL the extra lives in my messages friends had given me

@appslivyp unlimited lives are mobile only not facebook app. and fb app if you sign in through fb or king accounts does keep all your data.normally only time you lose them if your on mobile device as they are stored on phone and not king servers
