I am really frustrated I have lost almost 100 gold bars bombs and such disappearing.

Almost every week lately I lose boosters bars or lives some time all 3 at once. Seems to happen when I am close to winning a race or have played one level forever and finally win a challenge or daily prize and I have a chance to beat the level. I am not allowed any lives at the moment but this is the first time today I've played. So haven't reached the limit
