I have lost all my boosters after i changed my phone.

I have asked the cabdy crush customer care and they said , its not saved in their server. I found this very strange.

Does anyone know how to get back the boosters

    Hello @aakriti099πŸ€— Hearty Welcome to our sweet King Community!

    When we change the phone, only the game progress and the Gold Bars are transferred to the new device, but not the boosters and lives received from our friends.

    The reason for this is -- both level progress and Gold Bars are saved to King servers; and the boosters, Lives are saved on our device memory. Because of that, they do not transfer. That is how, the King games work!!

    But, if you still have your old phone, all your boosters are intact there. You can still play the game on it and use up all the boosters before moving on to the new phone.

    Then please take this as a feedack, we spend so much time , money and energy on your game, u should look for a solution that people dont loose their boosters.

    All of us that help out here are just players like you (except for the Community Managers)! And, we do request to make it possible to transfer our boosters too. But, it is up to the "King" and all we can do is provide our feedback like you just did right now🍫🍫

    But, being a Moderator of the game, I will be able to pass on the feedback to our Community Manager, and they can send it to the Candy Studio. Rest is up to them!

    ** The "Support Team" you have contacted earlier, they are part of the "King" employees. But, they won't be able to make any changes either! They can only help us with the issues we experience in (all) King games!

    I know in the past, 2+ years ago, when I've transferred phones, restored my data and logged back into candy crush I didn't lose my earned and PAID for boosters like I did today when I got a new device. I've used the same backup restore method when transferring my data this time as I've had in the past and didn't lose my boosters back then.. King had to of changed that 'policy' software or whatever since then. The hundreds of millions in honest transactions and revenue wasn't enough for King so they change/alter their games/business practices/policys to squeeze a little more money from players. When I purchase Boosters or other content from a game I don't expect them to be stolen back from the company I had purchased them from. Sorry, "Boosters are not stored on our servers" you lose is shady at best. After years of playing, 9800+ levels passed and hundreds of dollars spent, I'm done playing Candy Crush.

    Hello I as well have had all my items that I've purchased gone I'm on level 5043 with 150 of each boosters I am asking That these be added back to my play I have a new phone followed the same way as I have done b4 but this time my boosters were taken away I still have my old phone I have a screenshot of my boosters that I have boughtand paid for myself when this happened b4 they added them back to my account who has the ability to add these back to my account Thank you!

    Hello @sammaroonie101 Please contact Player Support via the app to get some of your boosters credited back to your account, hopefully. If you did buy them with real money then Player Support will know this via your player ID since they have your purchase history on file. Go into settings in the app then choose the ? and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom.

    Thank you for the reply I actually did that the other day as well but I have not heard anything yet,and yes I did purchase with my own cold hard cash and I am hoping they do the only thing that is fair and honest and right as I am being
