I followed these steps and it didn’t work. I tried multiple times. How do I switch my progress from Facebook to Apple?

Can I move my saved Candy Crush game from Facebook to my Apple account?
I want to transfer my saved Candy Crush to my Apple account, as I am now using Apple account to save all my game progress.

I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
