When I left the game and re-entered, I got the 9th one.

I got 12, I only needed 1~2 to finish the game.

15 levels done, wait 5 to 10 mins

Got 15 and completed the game.
Supplies are obtained approximately every 10 minutes.
I almost always get a group of 3, instead of getting 1 in a few minutes.
The only time I only got 2, when I restarted the game, I was able to get the 3rd right away.1 -
