I lost my winning streak and boosters

I answered my phone because my son had to euthanize our dog. I went back to my game and realized that my winning streak and all of my boosters were gone. I had a winning streak of over 250. I have spent a lot of money and hrs to get where I was. And in less than a blink of an eye, it was gone. I was in first place of the challenge. And now I’ve lost my streak and all of my boosters. What the #%*^ happened?????
