My mother cannot log in

Good afternoon, I have already tried more than once to use the contact us button but they only answer me with an automatic email that does not help me at all.

My mother uninstalled the game unintentionally and now when I try to log in it says that this email does not have an account linked to King.

Hello @JamesKpa the automatic reply is just that an automatic response. It is not an answer. Dealing with King Player Support requires patience I am sorry to say. You have to wait 72 hours after the automatic reply for a response from a human. If you haven't had a response after 72 hours then you have to reply to that automatic reply stating that you still need help.
