I’m on level 370. I’m to get 30 stripes in19 moves. Why is my order different than other people’s games. I looked online for help and they get 30 candys in 35 moves. My games seems impossible. Why is it different

Hi Elsa I have the EXACT same problem ob the EXACT same level. I've seen videos and walkthroughs with at least 30 moves and somehow, we are only getting 19.

Here is another level. 397. I should have 30 moves to get 50 green and blue candies, I’m only given 22 moves.
Hi Cheesehead1269, thank you for writing us here at King Care. I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. I have created a list of these complaints and forward this to a King Admin who then forwards it to the studio. I will add your message to the list.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
