I don't know why my 2nd knockout doesn't go forward, I play many levels but it shows nothing
I tried a lot and did your all instructions but it does not bring the leaderborad.

You seem to not have lost your connection to King's servers. Try to close the game, restart your phone, open the game again and play a level or two to try to get back into the leaderboard.
