Second Knockouts

I qualified for the first round knockouts. When second round knockouts started I could see the leaderboard and showed my place. This morning I checked it and the leaderboard is not longer there and the All Stars event is no longer in the event folder. What happened and how can I fix this? There was 100 hours left in the round last time I checked so I don’t know what happened.

Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds.Please play 1-2 levels and go back to the map to see if it comes back.

Do you see any events at all in your Events folder or only All Stars is missing?

I've tried all the suggestions - logging out for more than 10 seconds, replaying an earlier level with purple candies, winning a new level with purple candies. Nothing works. This seems to be happening to lots of players. Any other suggestions?
