On the iPhone I am on level 3479 and on the iPad it is level 987. It has been like that for a couple of years and I think it is about time I did something about this issue. Any help appreciated. Thank you.
I have checked that both devices have the same log on credentials. I have now played levels 987 through to level 1000 on the iPad and the game still has not synced with the iPhone which is on level 3479.

If I were you, I would double check the login credentials to make sure they are the same on both devices. If the login information is the same, I would check if there are any unplayed level between 987 and 3479 on the IPad. The gap of unplayed levels was reported by many players. It happened to me during the winter games when it kept skipping levels and didn’t sync. If there are unplayed levels, you may need to play those in your IPad to bridge the gap.
