Why do I not see my All Stars progress?

I qualified for the Final Knockouts round and was able to play in the tournament for several hours earlier today 4/20/24 between 1 and 4 pm EST today. But since then, I've not been able to see the banner pull up on the Candy Crush Saga app every time I open it. This is the screen that appears when I open it. I've closed all apps, shut my phone down and restarted, logged out/logged in, and still have the same result. HELP!

the event got completely lost from the app, yes I have tried every way possible to reset it and played several stages with purple candy.

Is it just the "Home" screen that is acting weird OR you are missing the event too?

Along with logging out & logging in, did you try to replay/play a level that has Purple candies and win it?

It happened in my game too! But, I won a level with Purple candies and the Leaderboard came back. Please try it and let me know.

New phone lost levels
I got a new phone got logged back in, but I’m missing all my levels of the difference in the levels
