I would like to know at what point in the tournament I receive the form to fill out? I'm in the Semifinal and I haven't received anything yet.
Hello @ekelvin 🤗 A Warm Welcome to the King Community! The form will be appearing till 28th! It will be a pop-up just like the other pop-ups with regards to All Stars Tournament.
Keep an eye on the pop-ups and do not close them without reading them first 🌟
Please don’t worry and follow the tips suggested above by our Community In-charge! I too did not receive it yet! If we do not see the form whole day today and tomorrow, we can complain again and they will look into it. All the very best 🌟🌟🌟

Hi Ekelvin, the form is sent out through the games and should have been sent in the game today just 2 hours ago or so. If you didn't see it in your game, try to play a level and restart the game and it should show up. We'll share the form multiple times in the game so do not worry if you still haven't seen it, it will pop up again 😁

For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
