Please Log out of the game -- close the App -- restart your device after shutting it down for about 10 minutes -- reopen the App and log into the game -- replay a level that has Purple candies and win it -- see if the leaderboard appears again.

Please try restarting the game, turning on and off your device and logging in and out of your game account. You can also try to play a new level and that should bring All Stars back.
