I came in second place in the first knockouts, and a message in the corner said “second chance stages coming soon” but I have not been able to find anything about that. Is that a true message and if so when will the knockouts take place ?

This happened to me. All of a sudden this user shows up and takes the win for just a few points ... the good side of it is that I'll no longer bother to spend money on candy crush. Lesson learned!

Imagine checking your status with 10secs left in the knockout round, you're #1 (you catch a screenshot with 2 seconds left), only for it to "calculate" and you come in 2nd. Pissed doesn't even describe it and then to follow up with a conflicting message. How do we have second chance? Smh

Not for one day, but for the whole journey from the start of the competition. The main key to winning this contest is speed, and in the final, you are not able to do it just with your mind, so you need the fastest way to pass to the next level. Timing is the goal of the competition.
