Welcome to the "New" King Community.... your fellow players can help with few of the questions and give suggestions to some issues
After reading your posts, I went and checked the game on my Mobile. I have noticed that the "Bean Stalk" has disappeared in my game too. I checked for "Trouble Shooters" given by @Cezdiamond, the Candy Crush game Community Manager at this link https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/247714/please-read-this-before-posting-find-help-on-main-issues-and-questions-here#latest
But for some reason, that specific link is NOT working for me. Can you both please check "Your event or feature game is missing" part in that above link, and see if it is opening for you? If it is, try to follow the steps provided there. If not, let us wait for their input with regards to this certain issue! Hoping for the best
