I paid 6.99 plus tax and I didn't get my stuff and this is not the first time

    The same has happened to me on 2 purchases also, I did the trouble shooting and have contacted the team twice!

    If the "Trouble shooters" did not work, did you try to contact the "King Care" through the link given there?  There are various links with different issues.  Please see which one your issue fits into and contact through that link.

    Hello @ajay180, usually, it takes few days to hear from the "King Care" team.  At first, we will receive automated response.  If you did not hear from them within a week, then try to reply thru that automated email.  But, it is very rare that the King Care not contacting us! 

    ** Both of you -- please keep some screenshots if possible.  It will help the King Team to understand the issue better & give suitable solution  =)
