I too saw that some people did receive the Milestone rewards, and some didn't! I tried to find out if these rewards also a test and varies from the group we belong to!! But, I missed follow up!
With regards to the email you have received — it is the initial email we receive from the Player Support team when we send our complaint. To discuss further, you will have to send a reply through that automated email, and an agent should be contacting you within 72 hours.
