I'm on level 7168. For a brief time I had a 7000 banner attached to my ID. Then it disappeared. Where did it go?
A little gift box appears routinely announcing that announces that you guys would send a gift when I have an internet connection. I HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION and it functions to perfectly on 4 other King games. What's with that?
Your servers are unbelievably slow. An absolute nuisance.
Please advise.

Did you make sure that the box is checked in "Settings" page? If so, please replay level 7000 and win it. Go back to the map screen and banner should appear on your profile picture.
