Level 10,000 rewards

I read that in the past many players didn't get their rewards when they passed level 10,000. This happened to me a few days ago. I have written to this forum, written to support who send me an email telling me to look at the forum. Anybody have a solution?

I tried it twice and they keep sending their standard reply. Is there some other address for complaints?

I too saw that some people did receive the Milestone rewards, and some didn't! I tried to find out if these rewards also a test and varies from the group we belong to!! But, I missed follow up!

With regards to the email you have received — it is the initial email we receive from the Player Support team when we send our complaint. To discuss further, you will have to send a reply through that automated email, and an agent should be contacting you within 72 hours.
