I sent a message asking for help because I made a purchase and didn't receive the boosters. Requesting a refund requires a lot of bureaucracy. Obtaining support, even more bureaucracy, I sent the question in Portuguese and they informed that they would close the question, as you should only ask in English, "so that everyone can understand". BUT HOW SO??? If I speak Portuguese and they block my question because I write in Portuguese, how are you working to make sure everyone understands? Totally illogical, English is not the only language!!! It's a shame to have to use the translator to be able to send my question. I want my boosters or a refund
