Did you receive those unlimited lives after finishing an Episode? For any and all timed boosters, the clock starts ticking as soon as we claim them! By any chance, you take a break and come back to the game, the time might expire (if you did not open the game in time).

Next time when you win a reward, please check your Inventory to make sure that the reward is added or not!

For the reward from Gold Chest, did you see a notification that said “connection error” or something like that?
