Help Problem logging into the game account Candy Crash

Hello, I live in Iran and I spent many years trying to complete the stages of this game. But unfortunately, from 2022 until now, I can't log into my account and the game goes offline without excitement and completely boring. I like the game. The excitement is back and I enjoy doing it like before. I had to create this new account to post this message, but I need my old account back. Please help me to restore and log into my old account. Thank you for your kindness.

Hello, dear friend. Thank you for your time and reply. I use a Samsung A42 phone with Android 12. But now, whenever I log into my account, I face the message of not connecting to the Internet. Of course, the Internet is heavily filtered in Iran. But other online games can be accessed with VPN. But unfortunately, this game does not allow me access. Unfortunately, I had to log out of my account in step 3200, and now I can no longer log into the account.
